Shipping and Returns (not for wholesale customers)

Buy two pairs of jeans and save US $3.00 on combined shipping!

All our products are stocked in our jeans factory
and they will be shipped from there as well.

Domestic postage (Thailand) options:

1. EMS: 80.00 THB

2. Parcel: 40.00 THB

We offer two International Shipping options:

1. Small Packet Air - Registered via the Thailand Post. It is signatory and a shipment registration number will be provided in email (not a tracking number!)

Delivery time: 5 - 10 working days worldwide, 14.00 – 16.00 USD/jeans, depends on the distance to your country and location.

(Excluded are Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays)

2. EMS courier package –online tracking is provided

Delivery time: 3 - 5 working days worldwide, 30.00 – 35.00 USD/jeans, depends on the distance to your country and location.

All Items will be dispatched within two business day, after payment is cleared.

* If your delivery address is different from your registered PayPal address, please let us know that before you make payment, thanks!

Please note that we do not take responsibility for wrongly given addresses, or eventual errors of the carrier (e.g. unclaimed items returned to us by your countries post).

Please note that all taxes, duties, and any other import fees imposed by your country (if any) remain as the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Upon request of course, we can mark the items as gift or sample.

* If you have any questions, please contact us and our customer service will reply you within 48 hours.

Returns:

* All unused, clean and unwashed items are returnable for an exchange or refund except when it was sold under "Specials".

* If you are not satisfied with the item, email us the model number, size, your name and the reason for the return first, and we will give you all necessary instructions and return address (where the item was shipped from).

* For the return of a pair of jeans a handling and re-listing fee of AU $ 4.00 will be charged and for shorts and skirts AU $3.00 (Applies only for items are returned for a refund) .

* All items must be new, clean, and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging, basically as they were dispatched. Therefore please, do not remove any tags and labels before you make sure that you are happy with the item and it fits you well.

* Items must be shipped for return within 14 days of receipt. We will credit your PayPal account within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item (if it is about a refund).

* The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting a return and Shipping/handling charges are non- refundable, unless you have received another size or model as ordered. In that case we will have to investigate the problem first, so we ask for your patience. Therefore please check on the provided measurements carefully before you decide which size to buy, because we cannot take responsibility on the buyer’s choice of the garment size.

* If goods are returned by the carrier due to unclaimed, incomplete or an incorrect address has been provided, the goods will only be re-sent at the buyer’s expense. Also, orders that are abandoned by post office or customs, for whatever reason, will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
